I'll try to give the gist, but it can't do justice to it.

"A furst I gurr a clean bowel. Then ah poot me floower in. 'En ah poot me yetstee... rahses in wayrm wather, wiv a bit sugar to make et rahse bether. En ah roob some lahd into me floower, bit a salt an then ah mixed it oop with some wahm wather and ah kneaded it reel weel."
