It'll never work...

"...of course, the other thing to remember is that those who have been steadfastly opposed to the Trid Mass will continue to oppose no matter what. They'll come up with any number of clever gambits to stop it in parishes and dioceses. If having the Pope make some decision on high was going to work, John Paul the Great could have done it in a second.
